Gotta check out our latest cocktail creation - Espresso Martinis!
Made from our fresh pulled espresso using Lavazza Super Crema Espresso beans, coffee liqueur, Tito's Vodka and topped with espresso beans and our homemade chocolate sprinkles (special shout out to Chef Paula for pulling off the amazing chocolate!).
Definitely need to sip (pinkies out is perfectly fine!) or gulp on one of these ASAP!

Cold Outside, Hot Homemade Chili Inside @ Krootz!
C'mon out and grab a hot bowl of our homemade chili and sink your teeth into one of our pieces of homemade cornbread or homemade roll with whipped butter or homemade cinnamon butter - either way they are delicioso!
Also, PSA - we are proud to welcome Skip and his crew back in the brewery! They recently completed their 90 day suspension and have promised 1) their Coyote Ugly days are now behind them and 2) to no longer remove clothing and run around the brewery yelling "The British are Coming!". We believe they are sincere and appreciate everyone giving them a very warm welcome back to Krootz!!

New Menu Item - Spuds MacKenzie Loaded Baked Potatoes at Krootz!
Our massive spuds - soon to be legend, named after a legend, look like they were imported from Chernobyl, but we assure you they are perfectly safe - the glow usually wears off after a week or two!
Here's the lineup:
Spuds MacKenzie - Huge potato loaded with butter, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, homemade pickled onions and bacon bits.
Spuds MacKenzie w/Prime Brisket - Same as above but instead of bacon bits, loaded with a heaping portion of our in-house smoked prime brisket and side of our homemade bbq sauce.
Spuds MacKenzie w/Grilled Chicken - Same as the Spuds MacKenzie, but instead of bacon bits, topped with our perfectly seasoned grilled chicken breast.

Muenster Mules @ Krootz!
A great twist on a traditional favorite - starts off with Agave Vodka from our neighbors down the road at Weber Ranch Distillery in Muenster, Texas. Of course, wouldn't be complete without our homemade Ginger Beer mixed with fresh squeezed lime juice and garnished with fresh mint and lime!

Of course, we have all the traditional favorites - our Ultimate Margarita is incredibly smooth and refreshing, our Bloody Mary is made with our homemade Bloody Mary mix and is the perfect blend of spice and everything nice!
Our Old Fashioned is fine tuned with the perfect blend of Agave nectar, bitters and Woodford Reserve bourbon.
Oh yea - Our Moscow Mule is made with our homemade Ginger Beer (which, btw, is great on the rocks by itself)!
We strive to maintain a large selection of allocated and hard to find Bourbons, Whiskies and Tequilas. Can't find Weller Full Proof at the liquor store, we got it! No luck with Blanton's Single Barrel, Eagle Rare or Buffalo Trace - we got it!
