ST. PATRICK'S WEEKEND AT KROOTZ!
All Weekend Long (Fri-Mon), enjoy St. Paddy's day with us @ Krootz Brewing Co in Gainesville, TX! Grab one of our Reuben Sandwiches, St. Paddy's themed Kolaches and of course, GREEN BEER!
Our Reuben is stacked high with our corned beef that is slow cooked for 7 hours in our Mother Blues beer, smothered with our homemade sauerkraut, homemade thousand island dressing, Swiss cheese and sandwiched between thick sliced pieces of homemade marble rye bread from Massimo's Bakery in Dallas, TX.
Our scratch made St. Paddy's day Kolaches are all decked out with St. Patrick's day flair and absolutely delicious! They sell fast, so don't snooze on these.
Grab one of our ice cold craft beers made in house or one of our several domestic/import beers on draft - they are all magically pouring green through the weekend (and Monday of course!).

You will not leave hungry on this one - Choice of USDA Prime Top Sirloin Steak or Chicken fajitas or combo. Marinated for 12 hours then grilled to perfection and served on a bed of sautéed onions and sweet bell peppers.
Served with your choice of our homemade Borracho beans made with our Copper Goochy Märzen Ale or our homemade refried beans. Also includes our homemade Mexican rice, homemade salsa (hot or mild), fresh homemade guacamole, sour cream, cheese, Pico de Gallo and choice of our homemade corn or homemade flour tortillas.

New Appetizers: Reuben Rolls and Brisket Rolls @ Krootz!
We took the best of our Reuben sandwich and in-house smoked brisket and stuffed it into an egg roll!
The Reuben Rolls have our slow cooked corned beef, homemade sauerkraut, swiss cheese and a side of our homemade thousand island for dipping.
The Brisket Rolls are stuffed with our smoked brisket, homemade coleslaw and pickled onions and a side of our homemade BBQ sauce for dipping.
Believe it or not, these pair quite well with one of our cold craft brews - See you at the brewery!

Krootz Brewing Co Now Uses Beef Tallow for All Fried Foods!
Two months ago, we switched over to Beef Tallow for all of our fried foods. The result: crispier fries, amazingly delicous wings and great flavor in everything that touches it! So c'mon out and taste the difference for yourself!

Let Krootz Cater Your Next Gathering!
Your place or ours - we got you covered. We can deliver to your event venue and provide full equipent and serving staff. For onsite events, we have two rooms available for events large or small.
Our "Gruene Room" is perfect for events up to 35 people. Your guests will be plenty comfortable with ample booth (including two large corner booths) and table seating. It also has 5 large screen TVs and a Bose surround sound theater system for custom sound or presentations - plenty to keep your guests fully entertained.
The "Back Bar" is perfect for larger events with plenty of table and bar seating as well as a stage with Bose Tower PA system and plenty of large screen TV's.
Of course, we have an extensive catering menu including (but definitely NOT limited to) Brisket, Buffalo Wings, Sliders, Pizzas, Tacos, Steak and Chicken Fajitas, full Brunch Menu and scratch made desserts. We also have 18 of our craft beers on tap and an extensive wine selection.

Smoked Brisket Slider - Our in-house smoked brisket, pickle, homemade coleslaw, homemade pickled onions and our homemade BBQ Sauce.
